Celephaïs is the shining coastal city of Ooth-Nargai, beyond the Tanarian Hills, first rediscovered by Kuranes and later visited by Randolph Carter. Its harbor connects sea travel with the sky, while its streets preserve the apparently ageless life of a childhood dream. In the later narrative it also serves as an important center of trade, religious advice and information.
