Collapsing Cosmoses

Collapsing Cosmoses is an unfinished comic collaboration by R. H. Barlow and Lovecraft. A supposed invasion prompts a grotesquely elaborate intergalactic mobilization, with cosmic distances and heroic speeches repeatedly undercut by trivial detail. The surviving text stops as fleets take battle formation; it does not narrate a completed war or the destruction promised by its title.
